A Place for Mom is the premier senior living community referral website, encompassing the United States and Canada. With over a million visitors a month, our main website is a vital hub for seniors and their families.
The Problem
To make the most of APFM and find communities that match what they like, users asked to share their personal info. But we noticed something interesting—many users feel unsure about sharing personal details online. Because of this, a lot of new users leave our website too soon.
